Arrived at the Tottenham Hale premier inn and had a few problems on check-in but I cannot stress enough, the staff were absolutely wonderful and fixed everything as quickly as they possibly could. Rooms are pretty good. The lady that was on the front desk this morning was very helpful. Didn't hear any noise at night really. Very easy to get to with public transport. Plenty of space to get into a taxi out front. I definitely would stay again.

Definition of basic. Self check in and check out. Had to ask for towels every day. There was only one towel in the room to start with. AC didn't work. Hotel was clean overall. Very close to train/bus station and someone shopping.

Staff were lovely. Breakfast a bit poor, felt understaffed. Small bar and dining area. Rooms clean and well located to Tube and Bus station.

Hotel in ideal location next to Tottenham Hale station and only a 20 minute walk to Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. Room was very good, staff friendly and helpful and breakfast was very good.||Will use again on future for events held at the stadium.
